If you choose this option, VECTR will be the Event Partner, with the school being the Co-Event Partner. This means you would still get all of the benefits of hosting the competition, but with our experience taking the competition to another level with no hassle on your end.
✓ Equipment Provision: VECTR supplies all VEX field kits, Computers, and other Equipment necessary.
✓ Event Staffing: VECTR brings all referees, scorekeepers, volunteers, judges, and event managers
✓Planning & Logistics: VECTR manages event scheduling, team registration (via RobotEvents.com), and rules compliance for you.
✓Setup & Teardown: VECTR Installs and dismantles fields and equipment on-site.
✓Marketing: VECTR promotes events to teams and sponsors.
✓Scoring & Tech: VECTR handles electronic scoring systems and troubleshoots tech issues.
